Our designs are fresh, yet cost-effective. To build a Papa John’s unit costs between $375,000 to $425,000, depending upon the size of the unit and the market in which the unit is built. This cost includes design and build, signs, equipment and fixtures, smallwares, computer/IT equipment and start-up food supply.
The inital franchise fee is $35,000.
There is an ongoing royalty fee equal to 5.5% of net sales.
Total advertising and marketing fees are 4.5%
- 3.5% is contributed to the regional marketing fund
- 1% is contributed to the global marketing fund.
- You are also expected to spend 2-3% on local store marketing
We do not provide financing, however we can help you find a lender that will work with you.
Provided it meets our criteria, we are happy to work with you to develop a site you have in mind. Alternatively, we have sites ready for development.
We do offer multi-unit development deals to qualified franchisees who have experience doing this.
